Ingredients:

½ onion, finely chopped

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp crushed ginger

¼ capsicum finely chopped

3 mushrooms, chopped

3 sundried tomatoes, chopped

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp turmeric

1 package tofu, mashed

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method:

Saute onion, capsicum, garlic and ginger gently, until soft. 

Add mushrooms and sauté a minute longer. 

Add remaining ingredients and heat through.

Serve on toast.
